Description

A gentle yoga flow that blends breath with movement. Perfect for all levels as the slow flow offers time to explore each posture, build strength, and find balance.
Following the flow, we transition into Yin Yoga, a restorative practice where postures are held for 2–5 minutes. This allows us to access the deeper connective tissues of the body, improving flexibility, enhancing mobility, and reducing stress.
