Magical Mornings, Breath Work and Meditation Session

Are you looking for a way to release stress hormones in the body? Do you want to reduce stress and anxiety? Are you looking for a better mental focus?

Then these sessions are for you!

Join us on Thursday 1st September at 7am for 30 mins to learn how to breathe properly, take control over your breathing and ultimately reduce stress, anxiety and improve your mental focus.

This session will be live on Zoom so if you have any questions please feel free to ask them in advance.

This is a 4 weeks block (1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th Sep& 7th Oct)
All session are on zoom.
