This is a special event outside of our regularly scheduled weekly classes and has a cost of $400mxn.
De-mystify the handstand through building blocks, drills and assists. This will be a very accessible workshop for most practitioners. Whether you want a safe space to explore the beginning steps of handstand, or want a place to refine your existing practice, this will be an insightful workshop. You will get a lot out of this workshop, whether you go upside down or not, so don't be afraid to explore these building blocks with us!
