Asana of the Voice: Aligning Sound, Breath, and Self
Discover the power of your voice in this 90-minute experiential workshop designed to awaken your inner resonance and align your self-expression. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space to explore the voice as an instrument of connection and truth. Through movement, vocal exercises, and medicine melody exploration, you will learn to shape your sound with intention, giving it depth, clarity, and projection.
Rooted in Katonah Yoga theory, this offering emphasizes the voice as a reflection of your personal structure and alignment. By engaging the body as a map and using sound as a measure, you’ll cultivate a deeper sense of harmony between your inner and outer worlds.
This journey will culminate in a communal song circle, weaving our individual voices into a collective, joyful expression. No prior singing experience is needed—just a willingness to show up, express yourself, and resonate with others. Let your voice become a reflection of your authentic self.
