This is a special event outside of our regularly scheduled classes and has a cost of $500mxn.
DJ Dance Yoga
DJ Dance Yoga is a dynamic, playful, and soulful class that will leave students feeling exhilarated. This is a class that Andrea considers her favorite among all she has taught in her 20-year career.
The class begins with a meditation to set an intention, followed by a vinyasa flow designed to support that intention. This is then followed by a celebration of guided ecstatic dance. The class concludes with slower vinyasa and closing breathwork in savasana.
Live DJ music accompanies the entire class, providing an inspiring and uplifting energy that enhances the experience for all participants.
About Andrea:
Andrea is a bright, enthusiastic, innovative yoga teacher who inspires joy, openness and play for all her students. She has been teaching yoga, dance and meditation for over 20 years.
As a former ballet, jazz and hip hop dancer, she brings elements of free dance flow into her classes.
Her training in vinyasa yoga began 15 years ago. She loves mixing together Bhakti/Shakti, yang of flow and dance with yin of meditation and mudra.
She is also a reiki healer of 20 years, assisting her to energetically lead her classes. There is always a strong spiritual
