This is a special event outside of our regularly scheduled classes and has a cost of 400 mxn.
Many of us have been feeling a heaviness in our hearts, a longing for gentleness, and a desire for peace. Peace within ourselves, peace in our communities and peace for the entire world.
On this evening, we will gather in community for a restorative Sound Bath — a journey of vibration, resonance, and deep rest. Through sound we soften, release, and remember our connection to peace. Indeed, we can be the change we wish to see in the world.
Together, we’ll hold space for peace— for ourselves and for all beings everywhere.
Proceeds from this special event will go to Angel’s Kitchen. This mission supports community members with nourishing meals, community and connection.
