Join Steven Gaudette for a fun, strength-building workshop designed to help you explore the foundations of going upside down! You’ll learn key strengthening drills, mobility work, and alignment techniques to safely prepare for, or refine, handstand. The session will also introduce basic acrobatic elements—building coordination, balance, and confidence as you play with movement in new ways. All levels welcome!

About Steven:
Steven has been a gymnast since childhood, even earning a spot on the U.S. National Gymnastics Team as a teenager. With extensive coaching experience and performances in three Cirque du Soleil productions, he brings a wealth of knowledge and artistry to his teaching. His approach blends technical precision with lighthearted joy and an attentive, encouraging presence that makes every participant feel supported and inspired.
