The Rest Sessions: November • Remember

In the spirit of Día de Muertos and Samhain, this month we slow down to remember. Through supported restorative yoga, a guided yoga nidra, and distant reiki, you’ll be held in deep rest as you connect with your ancestors, with gratitude, and with the love that continues to carry you.

Come as you are. Leave rested, grounded, and a little lighter, knowing you are always supported.
