Breathwork Circle 🌬️ Círculos de Respiración

Come breathe with us. 🙏

In this session we explore classic pranayama alongside more modern breathwork techniques, weaving in movement and sound to gently open the nervous system and invite you into a deep state of relaxation.

It's a soft, supportive process, closing with sound healing to help everything settle and integrate. No experience needed, just come as you are.
