Description
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) considers Qi (chi) to be your vital life force energy. Qi Gong is similar to yoga in many ways- both practices cultivate the movement of energy throughout the body using breathwork and meditation. 1000 Hands Buddha Qi Gong is a seated meditation using a series of mudras. This practice is a moving meditation that is great for students who struggle with sitting in stillness.
Mudras are hand and body gestures to facilitate moving Qi in a dedicated direction.
Option to purchase 1000 Hands Buddha handbook at registration to continue your practice.
