Relax and unwind this Christmas with a Winter Yoga Nidra Class! Join us online for some gentle stretching, followed by a special winter-themed Yoga Nidra class. Ready those cosy blankets, cushions, candles and make yourself a lovely winter 'nest' for this treat!
