Description

This class is a flowing sequence of postures that are linked together by the breath. As we move, we will focus on connecting our breath to our movement, creating a smooth and fluid flow.

This class is a dynamic and flowing practice that combines breath with movement. In Vinyasa Flow, we move from one pose to the next in a smooth and rhythmical way. This helps to connect our breath with our movement, and to create a sense of flow and momentum. The poses are also sequenced in a way that helps to warm up the body and prepare it for more challenging postures.

This class is suitable for all levels of experience. If you are a beginner, you can modify the poses to make them easier. And if you are more experienced, you can challenge yourself by taking the poses deeper. If you're a complete beginner to yoga, you may wish to try one of our Hatha Yoga classes to learn the poses in a slower-paced class first.

This class is suitable for yogis who have practiced yoga before and are familiar with the foundation poses, such as the sun salutations. There will be more movement and you will find the class challenging, but rewarding. More dynamic poses, such as arm balances and inversions are optional, and support will be available, if you are wanting to progress in these poses, but you don't have to be able to do them in order to join the class. In yoga, everything is optional - just go with the flow!
