In this Mind & Body Reset mini-series, we will focus on the recovery of your body and mind. The classes are based on mindfulness and yoga Nidra techniques. Anyone who can lay on the back can join the class. It’s not necessary to have any prior yoga experience.

This is the perfect class to do right before sleep as a part of your evening routine.
Each class will focus on a different element of relaxation. You will always receive a recording after each class (valid for 6 days), so no need to worry in case you missed out on a class or if you want to practice again.
Bonus: after each class, you will also receive one practical tip on how to be more relaxed. These valuable tips will help you to make small adaptations in your life to reduce stress and anxiety.
We will start the class with gentle mindful movement to reconnect with the body, quiet the mind and become fully present. From thereon we will continue with the Yoga Nidra practice.
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While you will rest comfortably on your back on the floor or on your bed/sofa, I will take you through guided meditation & visualisation with my voice.
