In this Deep Rest mini-series, we will focus on the recovery of your body and mind. The classes are based on mindfulness and yoga Nidra techniques. Anyone who can lay on the back can join the class. It’s not necessary to have any prior yoga experience.

This is the perfect class to do right before sleep as a part of your evening routine.
Each class will focus on a different element of relaxation. You will always receive a recording after each class (valid for six days), so no need to worry if you missed out on a class or want to practice again.
We will start the class with gentle mindful movement to reconnect with the body, quiet the mind and become fully present. From thereon, we will continue with the Yoga Nidra practice.
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique, and one of the most accessible yoga practices to develop and maintain. While you will rest comfortably on your back on the floor or your bed/sofa, I will take you through guided meditation and visualisation with my voice.
