Yoga Nidra for Resting and Healing
February 8, 15 and 22
This mini-series will focus on complete relaxation, resting and healing your body and mind using Yoga Nidra practice. Anyone who can lie on the back can join the class. You don’t need to have any prior yoga experience.

This is the perfect class to do right before sleep as a part of your evening routine.
What to expect?
Each of these 45-min classes will focus on a different element of relaxation. We will start the class with gentle mindful movement to reconnect with the body, quiet the mind and become fully present. From thereon, we will continue with the Yoga Nidra practice. While you will rest comfortably on your back on the floor or your bed/sofa, Lyuba will take you through guided meditation & visualisation with my voice.
What do you need?
Please have a yoga mat or a thick blanket instead, a few extra blankets to keep yourself warm, and a pillow for your head if you need one. Yoga Nidra part of the class can also be practised on the bed or sofa.
Important: If you have difficulties staying on the back for an extended period (up to 30 minutes), or if you have low back issues, or if you are pregnant, please let Lyuba know so she can explain how to adjust your posture. Send her an e-mail at hello@freeflowmindbody.com
These are live online classes (on Zoom), which you can follow from the comfort of your home (or even your bed!)
BONUS: after each class, you will always receive a recording valid for six days. No need to worry if you miss out on a class or if you want to practice again.
