This is an online class (organised via Zoom). 20-30 minutes before the class you will receive an automated e-mail with the access link.

BREATHE class:
• Soft standing and chair yoga with a focus on shoulders, back and hip release
• Improve your breathing to release stress
• Take a mental rest from work

What do you need?
Wear comfy clothes, prepare a stable chair and space where you can move around.
