Lisa subs for Alina. Learn yoga poses and/or improve your poses to make them work more effectively for your body. Improve mindfulness, flexibility, mobility, balance, posture, and strength. Promote spinal and hip mobility. Lots of variations, alignment cues, and props are offered to keep you strong and safe in poses.
