Engage in Yin Yoga poses that are based on plants. Open the heart and lengthen the body as you hold seated, prone, and reclined poses with the support of props. Target the deep connective tissues of the joints, ligaments, and tendons. Improve joint mobility and blood circulation. Relax and calm the body and mind. End class with an optional head, neck, and shoulder massage.
