Engage in Yin Yoga poses that are based on animals that live in the water. Hold seated, prone, and reclined poses with the support of props to relax and target the deep connective tissues of the joints, ligaments, and tendons. Improve joint mobility and blood circulation. Relax and calm the body and mind. End class with an optional head, neck, and shoulder massage.
