Engage in Yin Yoga poses that reflect the world's abiotic factors- that's nonliving things (rocks, water, air, fire, land). Hold seated and reclined poses with the support of props. Target the deep connective tissues of the joints, ligaments, and tendons to improve joint mobility and blood circulation. Calm the body and mind in this gentle and quiet practice. End class with an optional head, neck, and shoulder massage.
