Description
Join us for our last class this month using hoops. Let's double up those hoops and use small hoops with big hula hoops. Oh, what fun we can have together! Align and strengthen the upper body with hula hoops as we balance the lower body with small hoops. Use a chair in seated and standing poses for greater balance and stability. Then, engage in physical therapy's stepping strategy as we play, improve gait, balance, and minimize fall risk.
