Engage in Slow Flow Yoga as we begin low to the earth. Feel grounded as we lengthen and strengthen the body. Move to kneeling poses for greater engagement. Then, shift to standing poses for length and balance. Enjoy beauty of our mountain and lake as we yoga outside at The Pointe.
