Engage in active Pranic Center Breathing. Sit in Sukhasana with Gyan Mudra. Bring your elbows by your side, inhale, press your arms back, and release with shaking. This breathwork can be sitting on a blanket or chair, depending on your desired preference. Then, settle into a space of relaxation to feel the effects of your breathwork.
