Engage in the calming Rhythm of Life Breath. Sweep your arms up, connect to gratitude, exhale hands to heart to receive. This breathwork can be sitting on a blanket or chair, depending on your desired preference. Then, settle into a space of relaxation to feel the effects of your breathwork.
