Engage in Dirgha "3 Part" Breath. Experience the slow, deep breathing that fills the body in three parts—belly, ribs, and chest on the inhale and exhale. Maximize lung capacity and calm the nervous system. This breathwork can be sitting on a blanket or chair, depending on your desired preference. Then, settle into a space of relaxation to feel the effects of your breathwork.
