Tap into the energy of the Chakras to cleanse and energize the body with Chakra Prana. Increase range of motion in the shoulders as you move your arms up and down with Breath of Fire. Then, settle into a space of relaxation to feel the effects of your breathwork. This breathwork can be done sitting on a blanket or chair.
