Description
Begin our active breathwork in the Becoming Crystal Clear series from Kundalini Yoga with part 1: Arm Swings Breath. Alternate swinging your arms across your chest with Breath of Fire to strengthen and increase range of motion for the shoulders while activating the core. Then, settle into a space of relaxation to feel the effects of your breathwork. This breathwork can be done sitting on a blanket or chair.
