Begin our active breathwork in the Becoming Crystal Clear series from Kundalini Yoga with part 3: Bouncing Breath. Increase range of motion and strength in the shoulders as you activate the core with Breath of Fire. Then, settle into a space of relaxation to feel the effects of your breathwork. This breathwork can be done sitting on a blanket or chair.
