This hour long low-impact, full-body workout blends elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training to improve posture, build strength, and increase flexibility. Through small, controlled movements and engaging music, you’ll tone your muscles and leave feeling taller and stronger! Incorporates a gentle stretching warm up as well as a soothing stretching cool down.
