Description

This beginner friendly class welcomes students of all backgrounds and levels of practice! We will move through a gentle paced vinyasa that incorporates breathwork into slow, stretching movements to improve flexibility and mobility while reducing stress. Blocks, blankets, and knee pads are encouraged as props to help aid in your comfort and make the practice your own through whatever modifications you need. We will end with a final resting pose, savasana, to reflect on the practice as well as calm the body and mind.
