About Garage Yoga
I am a newly qualified 200 hour Yoga Alliance teacher, a culmination of my passion for yoga that ignited over the past 2.5 years following a sports injury that redirected my focus from running to the transformative practice of yoga.
My training took place in the vibrant yoga hub of Rishikesh, India, the very beating heart of this ancient discipline.
Prior to my journey into yoga, I proudly represented Great Britain in long-distance triathlons and Ultra running. This athletic background has provided me with an insightful understanding of the body's incredible capabilities. A knowledge I wish to share.
