Introduction classes will take you through the basics of Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga (don't worry if you dont know what that means yet. It is what you will see varaitions of in most classes you can find) We will also introduce you to breathwork and meditation techniques. The course is limited to 2 people and follows a 6 week cycle. It will give you the confidence and knowlege to enable you to join a yoga class without worrying about how you will look or if you can keep up.

These classes are being run at a very reduced rate to help you with your new year resolutions to get fit and to help the studio develop their presence and to bring on new teachers. £48 will give you access to 6 consecutive weeks of classes. With a maximum of 2 students per class they will be very personal and run at a speed that suits your progression.

Ashtanga Vinyasa classes will start in March and all are welcome. These classes will be larger and available to all abilities.

We are also planning some yoga Nidra, Yin and Yang yoga and some ecstatic dance. Message if interested in these forms of yoga/meditaion or if you would like to arrange a custom time for a private yoga session.
