Class hosted in a geodesic dome situated on farmland just outside of Binbrook. Gathering Space hosts a variety of yoga, mat pilates & barre classes.
Description
Follows the same set of poses every class. Poses are often held for several breaths, allowing for a deeper connection to the body and increased awareness of the breath. Opportunities to hold long stretches are included. This class is suitable for all levels. Spice Scale 2/3 This class will heat you up and stretch out!
