Class hosted in a geodesic dome situated on farmland just outside of Binbrook. Gathering Space hosts a variety of yoga, mat pilates & barre classes.

Description

Emphasizes engaging the core muscles, including the abdominals, back, and pelvic floor, during each movement. Controlled movements are performed with slow, precise, and controlled motions, allowing for proper muscle engagement and injury prevention. Suitable for all levels. Spice Scale 2/3 Lots of core work, but breaks built-in with lots of options.
