Yoga entered my life at a time when I needed a place to slow down and manage my stress levels with everything going on in my life. It has been a practice that I’ve returned to multiple times through out the years, but have consistently taken over the past year. I completed my 200 Hours Yoga Teacher training recently in June 2024, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Outside of yoga, I enjoy spending quality time with my two beautiful children while taking care of my country property and chickens. Gardening is a rewarding hobby that allows me to connect with nature, and having chickens adds a special charm to our rural lifestyle.
Description
Follows the same set of poses every class. Poses are often held for several breaths, allowing for a deeper connection to the body and increased awareness of the breath. Opportunities to hold long stretches are included. This class is suitable for all levels. Spice Scale 2/3 This class will heat you up and stretch out!
