This is a beautiful practice - it’s all about relaxing the body, mind and spirit.
The universe exists in vibration, we exist in vibration, everything around us is vibrating. When we lie in stillness at a sound-bath , we are attuning our vibrational frequency to that of the universe, we embody the power of the Crystal bowls, the Tibetan bowls and all the other vibrational instruments - we are clearly seeing how we are a mere reflection of the divine.
On a physiological level, our bodies vibrate when we relax in sound and this resonates through the whole body.
It sends signals of wellness and relaxation to the parasympathetic nervous system, produces a surge of endorphins, and conjures a feeling of connectedness and joy.

The theme this Winter is finding ease with letting go, whatever this may be for each of us. This time of year is about letting go. Nature does this so beautifully and sometimes we struggle with it. This evening is about being in a cocoon of non judgement and supporting us in this process of release in a gentle and loving way.
Gentle movement Guided meditation specifically for this theme. Guided relaxation. Chanting to raise our vibration and bring us into the heart space.
