Description

Combining elements of dance techniques, Pilates, and yoga, this class utilizes bodyweight resistance and isometric movements (small, controlled pulses) to challenge and fatigue targeted muscles.
Classes are conducted both on the mat and standing at a fixed barre (or a stable support). No prior dance experience is required; the focus is on strength, alignment, and flexibility.
