Description

This class will consist of breath work, meditation and a variety of asanas (postures). We will flow through a sequence adding additional modifications and pieces to the sequence as we build on it.

This class is beginner friendly, proofs and modifications are always encouraged in any of my classes. The pace will be a little faster compared to my gentle vinyasa and slow flow classes.
