Description
Allow yourself to be gently unbound with this slow flow yoga class! We will practice moving through a sequence of movements that incorporate breathwork and meditation. No props are required, but props are always encouraged and welcome. Please notify me before class if there are any injuries or things I should know to help you have a safe class! This class is generally all floor work, some hands and knees but otherwise seated/reclined on the spine.
Suggested: 2 blocks, blanket, and bolster if desired.
