Hatha Yoga.
This class is structured around 6-week blocks. We run the same set of poses / sequence over a 6-week period, deepening the poses as we journey through the block. The focus of the classes will be body, breath and mind helping you build and develop a foundation practice.
The class is suitable for a beginner upwards as options will be given to allow more seasoned yogis to feel included in the practice. You can also join at any time during the block.
Zoom links are sent out automatically by Momoyoga approximately 30 minutes before the class starts.
