An afternoon / evening away at Silverburn Park Campsite just east of Leven.
Yoga afternoon and evening. It will look something like this:

Saturday afternoon:
Beach hang out and paddle. The beach is 5 mins walk from the site.

Saturday afternoon / evening:
Yoga practice in the campsite, walled garden or on the beach
Meditation / Nidra and perhaps singing bowls (TBC)
BBQ hang out sort of thing
