Description
Welcome to our Strong Yoga class for Saturday mornings.

This class is a wonderful way to wake up and set yourself up for the weekend. We are building strength, confidence and stamina.

The class blends strong poses with breathwork to build on our core foundations. It will challenge you physically.

Audience:
Open to all. Options are given. Please contact me prior to booking if you are pregnant or if it is your first class with me.
The class is suitable for students who want to develop their practice and build strength.

Class Length:
60 minutes.

Theme:
Maintaining physical, mental, and emotional vitality through strong postures and a combination of breath and movement.

Tone:
Encouraging, grounded, and also a little light-hearted.

This is an in studio class held at:
Fire Station Creative, Carnegie Dr, Dunfermline KY12 7AN.
