Welcome to our 4 week block of gentle qigong classes.
Overview
Curious about Qigong but not sure where to start? This gentle class is the perfect introduction.
Join me for a calming session of Gentle Qigong — a simple practice of slow movements, relaxed breathing, and mindful awareness that helps release tension, boost circulation, and restore a sense of balance.
Unlike Tai Chi, Qigong is easy to learn and doesn’t involve complex sequences, so you can relax and enjoy the movements from your very first class. There’s no need for experience, flexibility, or fitness — just come as you are.
You’ll leave feeling looser, calmer, and more energised, with simple techniques you can use anytime to reduce stress and support your wellbeing.

Qigong is often described as “meditation in motion.” Regular practice may support mobility, circulation, sleep quality, emotional wellbeing, and overall vitality as we age.
One of the beautiful things about Qigong is that you do not need to be flexible, fit, or experienced to begin. You can practice seated if you prefer.
Our Wednesday class welcomes:
- Complete beginners
- People returning to movement
- Anyone managing stress or fatigue
Please arrive 10 mins before the class starts to allow us to begin on time.
PLEASE BOOK EACH INDIVIDUAL CLASS IN THE 4 WEEK BLOCK if the system doesn't auto book you.

There are no refunds for the block or part thereof. Individual class credits don’t carry forward. Please contact me before booking if you want to come but can't attend all 4 classes in the block. We will work something out for you.
