This workout includes a 30-minute OUTDOOR walking routine that includes activation drills to awaken our muscles, power walking intervals to encourage speed and endurance and a cool down easy walk. We finish with 30 minutes of INDOOR Yoga for Strength & Stability and 5 minutes of light stretching and calming breathwork and a 5 minute savasana. We meet at the studio, walk around the neighborhood (on roads so wear bright colors), and return to the studio for the yoga portion. NO HEADPHONES PERMITTED
We walk rain or shine so dress for the elements.
