This class not only will complement your active lifestyle but is great for those who are are looking to ease back into movement. You DO NOT have to identify as an “ATHLETE” to gain benefits from this class. It’s great for anyone looking for a slower and more gentle practice. Must be comfortable working on the floor as well as transitioning from the floor to standing and back to the floor.
