Description
We begin with a light warm up walk including activation drills to wake up and ready our muscles for our powerwalking. Our powerwalking includes 30-35 minutes of timed intervals of fast walking and 1 minute recoveries. We will cool down again with a light walk and finish with some strengthening exercises and stretches. We meet at the Rotary Pavilion/Rail Trail entrance on Old New Paltz Rd, Highland.
