This class is great for anyone looking for a slow and gentle practice. Sequences are focused on helping your mind & body recover from stress, an active lifestyle, a sedentary lifestyle, illness, and injuries. Class is designed to increase flexibility, restore mobility, and is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating to both the body and the mind. Must be comfortable working on the floor as well as transitioning from the floor to standing and back to the floor.
