This is a hands on event. You will experience a mix of restorative poses mixed with hands on assists including muscle compression, acupressure, and aromatherapy techniques. Class is limited to 5 students. Due to the limited nature of this event, cancellation MUST be at least 48 hours prior to class time otherwise there will be no refund given.
Please wear/bring clean socks to the event and arrive 10-15 minutes prior to get settled in. We need to begin on time.
