This class is open to everyone from the newbie student who wants to learn the fundamentals or for the student recovering from injury or surgery or for those who have movement restrictions and/or difficulties sitting on the floor. The structure of the class is such that half the class is performed in the chair and the other half is out of the chair using the chair for support and to aid balance if necessary. This is a great class to begin your yoga journey! Supplies needed: A sturdy chair placed on a non-slip surface. Optional: 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga strap
