Description
class begins with a light yoga flow to create space in mind & body in preparation for a 35 minute restorative practice. We will hold 4-5 prop supported poses for approximately 4-5 minutes each. All of which will lead to greater self-awareness, a more balanced nervous system and an immunity boost. Appropriate for advanced beginners and beyond. Supplies required: yoga mat, 6-8 large bath towels or 2 large yoga bolsters, 2 yoga blocks. Optional: 1 yoga strap, 1 eye pillow, 2 sandbags
